SUN GROUP is a manufacturer and supplier of DC and BLDC products based in Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana. Our range includes BLDC pedestal fans, chargeable fans, BLDC cooler kits, DC cooler motors, LF and HF (IGBT) panel inverters and DC-to-AC converters for homes, shops, farms and solar installations.

- Product datasheets, manuals and specifications provided on product pages are for guidance. Please check that a product (for example, the panel wattage, battery voltage or motor rotation – clockwise or anti-clockwise) suits your requirement before ordering.

Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only when we accept it and, for online payments, when payment is successfully received.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
- You will receive an order number which you should quote in all communication with us.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online payment through Razorpay – UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets, as available at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – pay in cash to the courier at the time of delivery, where available.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card or banking details.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.
Warranty
- Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page, warranty card or invoice.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, use with an unsuitable panel or battery, water ingress, physical damage, or repair attempts by unauthorised persons.
- To make a warranty claim, contact our technical support team with your order number, invoice and a description or photos of the problem.
Installation and Safe Use
Inverters, converters and motor kits must be installed and connected according to the instructions supplied with the product. We recommend installation by a qualified electrician. SUN GROUP is not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including the SUN SOLAR name and logo, product photographs, text and design – belongs to SUN GROUP and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income or business interruption.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.
