1. Quotations & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the applicable 12% concessional GST on Solar Photovoltaic goods. Quotations provided for custom rooftop turnkey plants remain valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
2. Net-Metering & Government Subsidy
Subsidy under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana is subject to verification and approval by the Central Ministry (MNRE) and Haryana DISCOMs (DHBVN / UHBVN). While Sun Solar Power System provides full liaisoning and documentation assistance, official subsidy disbursement timelines depend on government portal approvals.
3. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of contracts or transactions executed through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Charkhi Dadri / Bhiwani, Haryana.
