1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellation of an order under the following conditions:
- Before Equipment Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement or before physical dispatch from our Badhra / Bhiwani central warehouse.
- Custom Turnkey Packages & In-Progress Installations: For complete rooftop installations where site survey, customized GI structures, or DISCOM liaisoning has already begun, cancellation requests will be subject to deduction of actual surveying and administrative expenses.

2. Return & Replacement Policy
We provide a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for items received in a physically damaged condition or experiencing manufacturing defects:
- Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BLDC cooler kits must be inspected upon delivery. Any physical transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic or unboxing video proof.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all warranty cards, cables, connectors, manuals, and accessories.
- If the equipment is verified defective by our technical team, a direct replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional freight cost to the customer.
3. Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved by our management:
- Payment Gateway Transactions (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refunds will be credited back to the original source account via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
- Bank Transfer / Cash / Token Deposits: Refunds will be processed via NEFT / IMPS to the customer's verified bank account within 3-5 working days.
4. Manufacturer Warranty & Performance Guarantees
All solar hardware purchased from Sun Solar Power System carries official manufacturer warranties:
- Solar PV Modules: 10-12 Year Product Warranty and 25-30 Year Linear Power Output Warranty.
- Solar Inverters: 5-Year Standard Replacement / Service Warranty.
- Lithium LiFePO4 Batteries: Up to 10-Year Warranty (>6,000 deep cycle life).
- Solar Water Pumps: 5-Year Comprehensive Warranty.
